Traditional office settings with their four walls and direct, intense eye contact can often feel intimidating to a young person navigating a massive life transition. My practice was born from a simple realization: when we move our bodies outdoors, the pressure drops. Walking side-by-side allows conversation to flow naturally, helping children process complex family changes, regulate their nervous systems, and rediscover their footing on their own terms.

The Foundation of My Care

Integrative Counselling Expertise Holding a Master of Counselling, my therapeutic approach is deeply grounded in trauma-informed care and neurodiversity-affirming practices. I specialise in helping children separate their own identity from adult family conflict, giving them the emotional tools to feel secure across two separate households.

Somatic & Developmental Grounding With a foundational undergraduate background in Occupational Therapy, I don’t just focus on talk therapy—I understand the physical body. I integrate sensory regulation, spatial awareness, and nature-based somatic tools to help children calm their nervous systems and process stress physically as well as emotionally.

My commitment to nature-based regulation extends past my clinical hours; when I am not supporting families, you will typically find me out on Sydney’s coastal trails, swimming in the ocean, or grounding myself in the same outdoor spaces where I guide my clients.
