A Neutral Space for the Child First
Supporting children through delicate transitions without adding pressure to the family system.
For family law professionals, mediators, and educators, finding immediate, low-friction care for a child during a separation can be incredibly challenging. Many traditional family programs require both parents to attend joint intakes or participate in unified sessions from the outset. This requirement that can be deeply delicate, intimidating, or even counter-productive during periods of acute family stress.
My 8-week mobile framework offers a protective alternative. I focus purely on creating a safe, neutral space for the child to talk through their experiences, entirely separate from adult conflict.
1. Immediate, Low-Pressure Support
Traditional child programs often require both parents to sign joint intakes or attend sessions together. During acute separation stress, this requirement can freeze access to care. My 8-week framework eliminates this friction by offering independent entry points, ensuring the child receives immediate somatic support without requiring high-conflict adult coordination.
2. Parallel Parent Resource Allocation
To respect current family boundaries, I do not require parents to communicate, coordinate, or attend joint feedback sessions. Instead, the Dual-Home Co-Regulation Toolkit is delivered to parents independently. This ensures both households receive identical, actionable grounding tools to support the child, without forcing adult interaction
3. A Grounded Baseline for Care
This framework acts as a short-term, stabilizing intervention during major family transitions. While I do not provide court reports, diagnostic assessments, or custody evaluations, I focus entirely on immediate nervous system regulation. If a child requires long-term clinical care beyond the 8 weeks, this framework provides a calm, steady baseline to help transition them smoothly to long-term specialist providers.
